    WHAT TO BRING

  • Pillow, blanket (sheets provided), towels, shorts, t-shirts, swim trunks, rain jacket, defense soap/Dial soap, shampoo, running shoes, wrestling shoes and alarm clock. 

Laundry $25.00

  • cash or check only for laundry service

  • laundry Service Option: Wrestlers who sign up for laundry service at registration will RECEIVE a LAUNDRY loop and their clothes will be washed after each session

  • Camp wrestling gear will be sold in our camp store during registration, check-out and throughout the week

  • BODY ARMOR & PIZZA WILL BE FOR SALE OUTSIDE OF DINING hall HOURS

CAMP FOCUS 

Workouts will focus on folkstyle and freestyle wrestling fundamentals to prepare athletes for State, Regional and National level competition.

CAMP GOALS

Our goal is to train dedicated and focused high school wrestlers. You will learn techniques that NCAA programs teach their athletes and you will see firsthand how the very best train to be champions. Our wrestling camp is structured to offer you personal and individualized instruction throughout the camp.
